Armin Strom has introduced the One Week Manufacture Edition, following the success of the redesigned One Week First Edition in 2023. Limited to 100 pieces, this version features a highly architectural openworked movement within a sleek, sporty 41 mm steel case with an integrated bracelet, presented in grey and anthracite hues.
Fifteen years ago, Armin Strom established its own manufacture in Biel, achieving independence in watchmaking. The following year it launched the One Week. The new One Week Manufacture Edition reimagines this milestone with a bold, three-dimensional design. The anthracite PVD-coated mainplate and bridges are visible through the openworked movement.
The watch features the manual-winding ARM21 calibre with two mainspring barrels for a consistent seven-day power reserve. Its power reserve indicator uses a cone system inspired by pocket watches, and an increased oscillating frequency enhances performance.
Design elements include central hour and minute hands filled with Super-LumiNova and a three-dimensional look with no traditional dial, allowing exploration of movement elements from various angles. Hand-finishing techniques, such as Geneva stripes and polished screws, highlight Armin Strom’s attention to detail.
